Submit your wrist size at the productpage of the bracelet you intend to purchase and add the bracelet(s) you wish to your shopping cart. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking 'checkout'. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for rhe bracelets.
When you have placed an order, it will take two-three business days to assemble your order(s). When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track and trace code, so you can keep track of the progress of your package.

After wearing, wipe your bracelet with a soft cotton cloth. Neither stones or metals should be cleaned with cleaning materials. At most a damp cloth can be used on the stones. If rubbing the bracelet down with a cloth, avoid circular motion and use a straight motion. This is better for the surface of the metal.
Please be careful with cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and other chemical substances, it can cause corrosion and damage the stones.
We recommend you don’t wear your jewelry whilst bathing, in bed or while taking part in sports activities.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused and undamaged.

Avestre will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
